The Running Marathon Part 02
|
The date was approaching, but it does not seem so. I was already exhausted by all the running, and I'm still out of breathe though.
When I was about to reach the finishing line, someone cried out to me that I have yet complete the race. I could not make it anymore; I need a few days of break. I still need to take care of my health though.
I do not know what I can possibility do if I were to faint half way through the race. I need to run for another few more days, and the feeling of such is making me sick and tired; and what it's accompanied with is the competition of who's louder next to this marathon doubles up the tiredness...
The decision of not countering attack back to a fruit tree that I sat under while I was resting at, I let one of it bearings whack my head, causing my skull to hurt, and my ears to ring. It hurts so much that I could barely think... I hope that this will end soon...Labels: General, Personal

The Running Marathon Part 01
|
I have been thinking what I can do everyday.
These thoughts have made me rather tired and it has literally bore me out. The office is a complicated place, and it is getting complicated as days passed. Why must everyone be involved in this? And how can it be solved?
The battle of loudness increases my giddiness, and I wondered, when can peace and quiet be regained in the office again. The mysterious aura increases as colleagues moved from departments to departments, arrival of new colleagues, and departed colleagues. Their double face appearance is getting more and more visible on the surface. And I thought everything would be fine though.
Even if this is a top 5 company in whole of China, but is it necessarily to keep hiring more employees, while cutting cost on water, electricity, and food supplies? No such things as more man power can do more things. It will not only create more conflicts, it it will also cause more office politics. HAHA. Whatever.
I can say that, now, I have witness the biggest group of politicians yet...Labels: General, Personal

Even though there isn't any snow; the temperature over here is extremely freezing. Even the mosquitoes braved through the freezing weather to get their dinner. I got several mosquitoes bites already during this soon-to-be wintertime.
I would stare at the ceiling in my dormitory, thinking about her. I miss her a lot. ): I feel very disappointed in myself for not being able to take care of her while she was sick; I can't be there for her when she's down. I can only be there for her mentally. I want to get this over and done with, and fly back to be with her...

Motivation
|
The long lost motivation has been found. It is time to get into a serious mode and get everything finalized and done with. The time has been dragged, and the plans have, apparently, been forgotten.
However, the time seems to fly pretty quickly. Without knowing that now it is already the 7th week since my friend and I landed on the ground of Shenzhen International Airport. I was very homesick initially, but after several weeks later, I felt better though. My baobei keeps encouraging me and accompanying through these times. Honestly, I was more lovesick than homesick though. I miss my baobei so so much that the cried for the first time on the first day. Although tears could not been seen, but I was really crying that I was kept quiet throughout the day unless at times where it is necessarily to open my mouth, would I open though.
Till today, despite being through several difficulties, like facing a slow Internet connection, having to charge two phones, having to pay thousand dollar phone bill, and many more difficulties. I have to say that there will definitely have nothing to stand in my way to talk to my baobei; to contact her.
After one month later, which was last week, I got a router and used the wired Internet connection to connect to the wireless router to use it. I can say that it looks very messy as there are cables connecting everywhere. The employees of this company were shocked and surprised on the way we did up the Internet connection and wasting their electricity. No one has seen someone who has got two laptops. But honestly speaking, I don't find anything surprisingly at all though.
Anyway, I do not really like some of the managers in this department. Some of them like to stare at us with some weird look. I would just ignore their expression though...

Week 6...
|
It has been over a month now! And I can say that I badly miss everyone in Singapore. The feeling of having to struggle to get the Internet connected is horrible. Not only does it lag, it disconnects every minute. Brilliant isn't it?
Anyway, I got my pay today! Wooo hooo. And it's like 100SGD only. -.- Anyway, let me tell you about my job scope... I mean... Let me tell you about my friend's and my job scope. Our initial job is to design the website for the company, but as days go by, we got more things to do.
We have somehow become a technician, an English teacher, a translator, and a photographer. I reckon that there is more than these. Since I'm here to gain experience, I will help them in whatever they want, unless it's against my human rights.

Miss
|
Days have been past...
I slowly realized that I'm somehow getting used to it over here already.
It was quite hilarious when practically everyone was looking at us,
when we first stepped into the company's boundary.
The guards here are used to our appearance,
and the way we dressed.
My friend and I wear black everyday,
isn't it fabulous?
We are now known as the boys in black, apparently.
We even had reappearance in the office every Sunday,
just for the sake of the Internet access.
Not only because we have free usage of electricity,
water supply and internet access,
we get to eat what we bought.
The company is trying to cut cost,
and the amount we are getting paid is worth peanuts.
Apparently, I am here to spent more than earn.
And my aunt asked me to saved up what I have earned?
That's impossible, honestly.
My friend and I have to share cost,
to pay for both the water and electricity bills,
and whatever we buy.
Internet? No. There isn't any internet in our dormitory,
unless... We pay for it. -.-
We are just free labors.
What a sad company.
What a sad story.
What a sad life.

Days in Shenzhen
|
 Who says that I don't have build. =x hahahaha!
I guess that there are still people patronizing my blog even though the last time I blogged was a few weeks ago.
Anyway, I would say that I had fun when I was in the city. But I didn't have fun when I was working. The rather miserable feeling I have is stirring inside me. It feels as though I'm stuck in a nightmare that I will not wake up from.
Technically, my LO didn't lie to me saying that Shenzhen looks somehow like Singapore. He is referring to the City instead of town. The town over here is more than terrible. Worst than developing countries. Okay, I think I should rephrase it. What I heard from the colleagues was that Shenzhen is partially developed and is also partially developing. Gosh. Why am I here in the developing part of this country. 天啊！！！！
Okay... Here comes the worse part. There isn't any Internet connection in my dormitory, and I have to pay for my water and electricity bills! How "fortunate" right. =/
